All payment will be done through PayPal invoices, in USD. Fifty percent (50%) of the fee must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch (posing, placements, composition) is approved, the rest of the payment must be delivered in full. If the commission has a price lower than USD $20, the payment is made upfront.Refunds can be done if I haven’t started the commission. If I have, refunds can be discussed.Once the painting process has begun, minor changes can be done without any additional fees. For commissions over USD $20, major changes will affect the price.It can take me anywhere from a few days to three months to finish a piece, largely depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule. It is okay to remind me or ask for WIPs! Skipping in line/a tighter deadline holds an additional fee. I must have at least a week (TBD) to provide an artwork both parties are satisfied with.Commercial rights can be discussed & purchased with an additional fee. Otherwise, commissions are for personal use only; any commercial use such as the sale of prints, NFTs or publishing material is strictly prohibited. The starting price for commercial pieces is +50% of the original price, and can amount to 100% depending on reproduction (massive merch selling, for instance, will cost more).
Using my art to feed generative AI is strictly prohibited. I owe all rights to my art.Reposting your commission is encouraged as long as I am credited through a link to my socials! ☺You have to be an adult (18 years old or older) to commission my work. I will not draw anything remotely offensive towards any religion, sex/gender, orientation, etc.
By commissioning my services you are stating that you have read and you have agreed with these terms & conditions. I have the right to deny a commission request should it make me uncomfortable or violate any of the aforementioned conditions. I own the rights to my art: I can post the commission onto websites or add it to my portfolio unless previously discussed with the client.
